Owner-Occupied Community & Rental Rules:The majority of our residents are condo owners. To maintain community stability, co-owners must own and personally reside in their unit for at least five consecutive years before becoming eligible to lease. Leasing requires prior written approval from the Board, a minimum lease duration of 6 months, and complete lease documentation submitted at least 10 days before tenant occupancy. The Condominium Association does not handle or list rentals.

Low-Maintenance Lifestyle: Co-owners enjoy complete unit ownership alongside access to professionally maintained General Common Elements. While the Association oversees general grounds, co-owners are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing their Limited Common Elements, including windows, doors, garage doors, openers, decks, furnace and air conditioners.
